Jack quickly looked around the store for Petunia. He wanted to find her before she bought her computer, but the store was very crowded, and besides, he wasn't sure if she was even in this store. He wandered over to the electronics section and browsed excitedly through the computer games. Perhaps she'd be interested in getting some for her new machine? He picked a few choice titles and set them aside before continuing his search.
Through the dim lighting, he caught sight of her silhouette at the registers. She was almost done checking out. As Jack approached her, she greeted him, grabbed one of her bags and went around the corner. Jack gave the cashier a questioning look.
"Are these her bags too?" he asked.
"Yes, she's just around the corner putting them on the auction block," replied the cashier. Jack carried the remainder of the bags to the refrigerated auction block and set them down to examine Petunia's new purchase.
"I didn't know you were buying a computer so soon," said Jack.
"I know," lamented Petunia, "it's all The Father's fault," replied Petunia.
Jack kneeled down to look at the computer's specifications. "I saw some good games in there, maybe you'd want to get some? What about Sim Copter?" Petunia gave a disinterested shrug.
