"We need to cut Bernie's scenes," said Montano abruptly. He and Jack sat in a darkened room looking at a bright screen.
"What?" replied Jack, surprised.
"We need to cut those scenes with Reginald Brax."
"Oh..." Jack had not expected this.
"They just don't fit." Montano smiled, almost nefariously.
"Well...it sounds like you've already decided!" said Jack. Montano nodded in silence, still smiling.
"Well," continued Jack, "good for you, making hard directing calls!"
